Context
The TB case management in regard of diagnosis and treatment has changed a lot since 2010, year of the last edition of the Belgian guideline « Diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis – practical manual ». It’s time now to offer to the clinicians un updated version of this manual. The revision process was initiated around 2 years ago by the MDR TB experts’ group with the coordination of BELTA-TBNet. The new version is almost ready but now, there is a need to harmonise the styles and different chapters, to complete the last information et to realise the editing work.
Objectives
Finalise a new version of the practical guideline « diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis » based on the last international recommendations, taking into account the specificities of Belgium.
Profil recherché
Required competences
- Trilingual: French, Nederland and English
- Clinical experience clinique in tuberculosis in Belgium, especially in paediatric TB
- Contacts already established with the authors of the different chapters of the guidelines.
- Awareness of TB control public health measures implemented in Belgium
- Contacts already established with the Belgian laboratory network
Contrat
Provisional timetable
- 31 March 2024 : Pre-final version for reviewing by some people of the MDR experts group.
- 01 May 2024 : Deliver the final version
